Aurora
Aurora Aksnes born 15th June 1996 Stavanger is an Norwegian musician and songwriter. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves, came out in May 2015 on Decca Records to great approval of bloggers in the music industry and media. Half the World Away - by the Oasis is a cover for John Lewis' Christmas ad and Nature Boy - by Nat King Cole is already two notable covers that the singer has created. Katy Perry posted a video where she was announcing her endorsement of Runaway. It earned her some recognition. Celebrate her special birthday. Aurora Aksnes' first musical moment was when she stumbled across a miniature piano in her basement, and being fascinated at the sound it created. Jan Oystein Aksnes and May-Britt Aksnes urged Aurora to pursue music, not as an income or as a pastime, but as an opportunity to grow. She began to write her own compositions. As well as Bjork She also cites Leonard Cohen as an influence. Her mom encouraged her to play her music publicly, not to achieve fame, but rather to help others realize that they matter and how they can make a difference for humanity. She began playing the piano as her primary instrument, at six. She began making music at the age of nine. It was not until she turned 14 that she revealed her plans to her parents. Aurora wasn't a dream. She just loves to write songs. Music to her is the most effective method of feeling anything.
